Title: auto organiser copy or move files

I it possible to set up the auto organiser to copy the files from the source folder to the library? (Instead of moving)

Yes, but test it thoroughly to make sure you understand what it's doing and that it's working correctly.

Edit: my suggestion would be to make a copy of some files and a whole new library and play with it there before adding it to your real library.
