Title: Not importing all files!

I have just updated to latest version and thought all was well but have noticed many tracks missing in the library.

The files are on the drive and I can add them manually but a rescan does not pick them up.

If I make a playlist to show all songs and set "music track source" to library tracks are missing

If I make a playlist to show all songs and set "music track source" to folders all my tracks are there

How can I get MusicBee to add all tracks to library. I have tried a rescan many times and it says no files to add
