Title: how to move Main Player player to top?

Hy  i' new to music bee..how  can i move player to top in V3.0?

Using 3.x click on the panel config icon - just to the left of the search bar (or you can open preferences > layout (1) > arrange panels.)  Find the 'player controls' element - it will either be in the available elements section on the right side, or it will already be in one of the active areas.  Where ever it is, drag it to the 'top panel' and you should be good to go.
