Title: Resize artwork option in the sync menu question.

So, if one sets it to 1200px, does that mean that lower res images are suddenly resized to 1200px, or does it act like limit where only artwork >1200px gets resized?  I mean, the former doesn't make sense since most, if not all, music players in phones or DAPs automatically resize the lower resolution artwork to fit whatever portion of the screen the software alotted for covers.  The description in both Musicbee and the wiki are unclear about this matter.
