Title: Deleted files and playback

When there is a deleted file in playlist, playback stops and popup appears. Awful.
Imo, track should be marked with grey color and playback should continue.

it should already display as grey and be skipped over if deleted before MB has started.
But perhaps you deleted the file while MB was still running in which case i guess that would happen as I dont think I put in any handling for that situation - could you confirm

Yes, I mean files deleted while MB is running.
