Title: DSF Tag Writing Support

With the support now for DSD playback (PCM - hope we can get Native and/or DoP DSD).   I would also like to request support for writing to DSF files.

DSF tag writing is now supported in v3.2
http://musicbee.niblseed.com/V3_2/MusicBee32_Patched.zip

unzip and replace the existing musicbee application files
