Title: How do you enable being to click and drag over multiple files?

I want to be able to drag and select a bunch of music files at once but it's not letting me, i can only do it from the very bottom upwards ???

As far I know it's never been an option since clicking anywhere in a row will select and drag a track. It never gives the option of dragging a selection rectangle.
If it's something you can't live without or work around with shift-clicking etc. you'll need to start a new thread in the Wishlist forum.

shift clicking will work thank you :)

that sucks though, it looks like it's already a feature just not done correctly
