Title: Automatic update in file list of current Now Playing?
Post by: Blue Proteus on August 23, 2014, 07:50:29 PM

Hi all, I'm trying out MusicBee for the first time. I'm liking what I see so far, but did have a question...

Normally I listen with full randomization on, and will hear a song once in a while that I want to rate or delete.
But to do this (at least for the delete part) I first need to find the song that's currently playing in the file list.

I can do that by right clicking on the song playing at the bottom and selecting "Locate Playing Track in Current Tab", but is there a way to have this done automatically? In other words, as songs in the Now Playing window play, I'd like to see the file list update automatically and show in the main list.

Any way to do that?
Thanks

Go to Edit> Preferences> Now Playing, and tick "highlight playing track in the main panel" option.
