Title: Cannot sync Samsung Galaxy Nexus Verizon with Windows 8.1 Laptop

I have spent hours researching this anc cannot get Musicbee to recognize my phone at all. I have installed Remote. I have run out of ideas.

HELP!

tick "detect MTP devices" in the device preferences panel
if you have already tried that then i dont have any other suggestions
