just a tiny thing

not enough contrast between bg=205,205,205 and fg=200,200,200 in <element id="Panel.ChildBody.Lowlight" />
maybe fg=119,119,119 so it will match the triangles?

A new version for Musicbee 3 has been added. The new version will not work with any Musicbee version before 3.0.
