Title: Option for drawing toolbar buttons in grey scale

Many of us have created some icons for the toolbar buttons, and later we have desaturated them for showing better in gray scale. I thought it could be welcomed for low experienced users if there were an option in the toolbar buttons dialog to draw all the icons in gray scale without having to modify the files. TIA!

+1 if implementation is not too time consuming
