Title: is there a way I can enable horizontal scrolling with mouse wheel left/right?

In other programs like web browsers I can scroll horizontally using a mouse that supports horizontal scrolling or by using AutoHotkey to convert "Shift + Scroll Wheel down" into "right horizontal scroll".

In MusicBee, I'm unable to scroll horizontally on any windows that have horizontal scroll bars. Is there a way to do it?
