Title: Have the audio codec APE added to the API.

If I understand correctly, the UPnP2025 plugin is currently unable to stream APE files because it is missing from the API.

It would be nice if this could be fixed/addressed while efforts in getting the UPnP2025 plugin working as good as possible are ongoing.
