Title: Horizontal Scroll Does Not Work With Touchpad Gesture

When 'Keep Columns Sized to Panel' is unchecked, allowing columns to be larger than the panel and thus creating a horizontal scroll bar, the panel cannot be scrolled horizontally via the regular two finger scrolling gesture on the touchpad. The two finger scrolling gesture works correctly for vertical scroll.

unfortunately this will not be fixed
