Accuphase

download: Accuphase (https://rebrand.ly/skin_Accuphase)
For the VU meter panel, install the VUMeter plugin (https://getmusicbee.com/addons/plugins/518/vumeter/) and the Accuphase A-46 (https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=41767.msg228839#msg228839) VU meter skin.
note:
For this skin to function as intended, MusicBee patch update v3.6.9059 is required.

That looks great!

That is one beautiful screenshot!!

Nice job!

Beautiful skin!

Thanks guys!
I think I solved the issues that I encountered, so the download link is up again.
Let me know if you run into any bugs or irregularities?

Beautiful skin.
However, when displayed on a large screen, a 4k tv in my case, total track time is cut of.

When BIN compatibility is ready for the VUmeter Plugin, there will be some minor variations of the Accuphase meter to choose from, and a +3db peak LED will kick on and off:

That's probably not something that can be solved on the side of the skin and might be a more general MusicBee issue.
It probably won't solve it, but to be sure, re-download the skin, and use MusicBee's latest patch update. (3.6.9059)
If the issue then is still there you should probably create a bug report in the 'Bugs' board.

Updated.
When the Last.fm scrobble button is hidden from view, the space that it occupied is now regained.
requires MusicBee patch update 3.6.9059

Why post this here?
That seems like something for a VU meter topic, not for this skin topic.

Because the good-looking meter you chose is one of the highlights of the skin, and helps people appreciate what it can do to enhance a design. I mean, you named the skin after it. I don't appreciate the attitude.

My Accuphase VU meter was not simply 'chosen', but was build from scratch.
It's not some simple colouring modification of ones you are posting here.
The dB scale is different from any existing 'Accuphase' VU meter skin, the needle action is different and is optimised for BoringName's VUMeter plugin, and it is graphically tuned to perfectly match my Accuphase skin.
The meters you are referencing to will all be inferior in all aspects for use in this skin to the VU meter that I created as a match for it.
And MusicBee users can't even use them. So that is a bit weird and possibly confusing too.
This has nothing to do with 'attitude', it's about me not appreciating off-topic posts in my topics, that are also not very useful to other users.

You floored me here; where ANYWHERE in my post did I question any custom work you built in to that meter??
Look, in the service of clarity, I also have to point out that the "creation" of the GUI for it began with the AIMP Analog meter from 2017 that is posted here: https://www.aimp.ru/forum/index.php?topic=52865.msg346838#msg346838 (https://www.aimp.ru/forum/index.php?topic=52865.msg346838#msg346838) . I downloaded and used it with the 1.6 plugin weeks ago, before deciding it just wasn't a fit for the space I had available. While it worked, I'm sure the performance of your own extensive modification of its components and action is far more accurate, which is why I have always been a big proponent of your "calibrated" versions of other skins.
While I stand by the "relevancy" of my original enthusiastic post, in retrospect it just wasn't worth the misunderstanding it has caused.

Indeed actual Accuphase devices are usually in silver, and not in black. (these days)
But skinning options for MusicBee are quite limited compared to what e.g. can be done with AIMP.
I could give the player panel a champagne/silver brushed aluminium Accuphase look, but I can't imagine/think of a way to make the rest of MusicBee match that look in a pretty and coherent way.
Also, I am not much into light skins anymore these days.
So, I'm sorry, it's not going to happen.
