One of my playlists disappeared from the list, and I tried to create a new one. Selecting the album I wanted to use, I right clicked but the option "Add to Playlist" no longer appears. I can instead "Include in Playlist", but that would only allow me to add the tracks to an existing playlist, not create a new one.
The Playlist Explorer also doesn't seem to have this option anymore.
According to the About tab's Check for Updates, I am on version "3.5.8447 Store", and the installer from Windows Store says I have the latest version.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I can instead "Include in Playlist", but that would only allow me to add the tracks to an existing playlist, not create a new one.
You should see a "<New Playlist>" option at the bottom of the Include in Playlist menu.
You can also right click anywhere under Playlists or Playlist Explorer and create a new playlist using the New option.

Or, drop File->Playlists->New Playlist.
