Title: Hotkeys to select the n-th tab

In my web browser I can select a tab by its index by hitting Ctrl+Number. Since tabs are often static in a typical musicbee setup it would be great to have configurable hotkeys to quickly select the n-th tab.

for the next v3.6 update, i have added hotkey commands to select tabs 1..9

unzip and replace the existing musicbee application files
