Title: MusicBee won't restart when a VST plugin was (is?) active

Probably not an actual software bug, but in the hope this can maybe be handled 'more gracefully':

After using a VST plugin on one or more tracks (e.g. Youlean loudness meter), and then close the plugin's panel, all is fine. (and the plugin is also not showing in the taskbar anymore)
But when I then use a shortcut for 'restart MusicBee', MusicBee closes, but does not start again.
Clicking the MusicBee shortcut icon to start it won't work either.

I need to go into Task Manager > Details and end MusicBee.exe to be able to start MusicBee again.

that's handled in the next v3.6 update but i wont make it available for a while
