Title: Playlists - Toggle to always enable "Automatically Export Static Copy"

I'd like it to be possible to set a toggle so every newly made playlist will have the "Automatically Export Static Copy" checkbox ticked, as I find it very tedious to make a bunch of playlists, and then edit them all to toggle that setting one by one.
