Title: TAK 2.3.1 Final has just been released

As of 3/28/2021.  Fans of this lossless codec can choose to update the tak_deco_lib.dll now in their main MusicBee folder and Takc.exe in its Codec subfolder with this version which brings many improvements.  For download link and changelog from 2.3.0->2.3.1 see the HA thread here:
