Title: Reset Pop-Up Menu/Window Display Positions

For some reason, over the last several days, I haven't been able to bring up the "Copy tags to clipboard" window from the Additional Tagging Tools plug-in (though every other pop-up menu works fine) and I think it has something to do with its positioning. A few days ago, there was a question or bug report from someone who couldn't get a pop-up menu to display on either of their monitors and Steven suggested a way to reset the positionings. I know it's right under my nose, but I can't find the thread.

I don't know what the thread was, but I think you just need to delete the file DialogStateSettings.dat from your MusicBee\AppData folder.

That sounds like the right file, but unfortunately, it didn't reset the window position.
