is there such a thing for split songs using tags on single file album?

Album.mp3
tag track1 00:00 < 01:00
tag track2 01:01 < 03:21
tag track2 03:22 < 04:00

having only one .mp3 file?

You can do that with a .cue sheet. I don't think MusicBee can generate the cue sheet, though. You'll have to find something else to do that.
