Title: scrollbar and arrow issue in Genre category editor

The scrollbar button disappears when dragging it to the bottom, and there is no arrow at the bottom:

This is probably not a bug within MB, but rather an incomplete skin. You should post the issue in the Skins sub-forum under the thread for the skin that you're using. This way the skin developer has a better chance of seeing your post.

Once you have it posted over there, please delete this thread.

I also tested this on a clean portable installation using the default MB skin.
