Title: Resolving "Copy Failed - Unable to find...." sync issue

Hi -

I resolved some issues with the "Find Dead Links" feature, but I've got about 40 songs that, after sync, read:

"Copy Failed - Unable to find the specified file"

The files exist in the correct location on my external drive (with everything else).  I can access it via File Explorer.  I've played around with the various tools I can find and searched the Forum without success.  

What's my next step?

No ideas provided yet, so I tried rescanning all files.  I ended up with MORE Copy Failed - Unable.... songs, so that wasn't the correct fix.
