Title: Korean Translation

The translation is basically done using english base file + v3.1 in Progress, hiccup's reference for english file. Thank you.

After that, adjusted new entries and changed items using a new english base file (EnglishGenerated3_0.dat, 2017-06-19 16:56).

Steven, please make sure the binary is from the latest translation of my work. I found some strings not translated in RC1 version.

The file size of the latest version is 220,012 bytes for Korean language.

That was an issue for all translations. Its fixed for the direct links and will be in the next RC version
