Title: Can't Drag and Drop files from Explorer to Playlist

Subject kind of says it all. When I try to drag and drop a new file into a playlist, in either the navigator panel or the main panel, I just get the circle with the line through it. Just upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and am using the latest version of MB. This worked perfectly on my old computer so, not sure what the issue could be. Any help would be appreciated.

you cant drag files from windows explorer into MB if MB (or any application) is running as an administrator.
Otherwise it should work
