Title: 'Track difference more than 10 seconds' option removed from 'duplicates finder'

Previous versions of MusicBee had this. It was useful. Please bring it back. I used to use the following options to weed out the duplicates:

artist
title
track difference < 10 seconds

Without the third option it's easy to end up deleting tracks that are different recordings/versions of the same song.

thats a small mistake - this should fix it:

unzip into the folder MB is installed
