Title: Enhancement - Select All for selecting Playlists when synchronising

Could you please add a 'Select All' option when selecting playlists for 'Selected Playlists only' to be synchronized. I have 100's of playlists and it is a pain to select them individually.

Note that selecting the 'All Playlists' option does not allow you to deselect certain playlists.
