Title: Artists Thumbs downloading

When MB tries to download artists thums, in many cases is the downloaded file corrupted (size 0mb), as I can see in C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\InternalCache

I have to delete corrupted files and let MB donwload them again.

the 0 byte files are intentional (it was the same in v2.x)
the reason is so MB doesnt keep re-attempting to download an artist picture when there is none (eg. some people have poorly tagged files with rubbish data for artist names, artist is obscure, etc)

It was the same for 90% of my library and I think it's tagged well. But in the end it downloads the artwork when I delete the corrupted file couple of time.

I update to 3.0.5895 and it downloaded all thumbs in 2 seconds! Thank you very much, it was really annoying :)
