Title: Display Monitored Folders in the Library panel

Can I customize MusicBee so that
the monitored folders were visible in the Library panel or in any other panel,
and that I could work with and navigate on these folders such as usual folders in Computer panel?

I may have misunderstood what you mean, but if you right-click the Computer node heading in the left-hand navigation panel, there's a sub-menu Manage Folders.

There are commands there to specify which folders are displayed in the computer node - Show All Folders, Show Filtered Folders Only, Choose Filtered Folders. You can use those to make sure your monitored folders are displayed.

Yes, it is very similar to that that I wanted.
One inconvenience is that it is necessary to specify these folders twice: once in settings "Managed folders" and once in the panel "Computer".
It would be possible to make separate panel "Operated folders"
