Title: Mass resize artworkless songs
Post by: kairos on October 12, 2013, 10:09:49 PM
This is maybe a bit too niche of a request, but now that MusicBee resizes files that have had artwork deleted from them (which I really appreciate), I think it would be nice if there were some way to automatically have it go through the library and resize files which have already had artwork removed but still have the space allocated. I've got a number of files like that from when I switched to MusicBee and transitioned from using embedded artwork to having artwork in an external file linked to songs.

You will need latest 2.2 patch for this:

http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Latest_Update

1. Select all those files.
2. Add a certain value to a non-used field.
3. Delete the value.

This will rewrite all selected files entirely because the change applies not only to artwork but all general tag editing.
