Configurable criteria for "Inconsistent Album Tags" filter

It would be great if the user can choose what criteria to apply for "Inconsistent Album Tags" filter like other configurable filters under Tag Manager.

Bump as tag manager is being improved.

- I get lots of tracks for this filter but most are useless info: track# not in sequence, track# missing, etc.
- Please make it check for missing or inconsistent "Album Gain" tag so that users could re-run volume analysis for only those albums for consistent album gain values
