Bug when saving EQ Preset .SDE file

I tried to save my Custom EQ settings under Windows 10 Ver 1607 and got this error

firstly you should update to the latest patch version from the first forum topic.
In any case, you dont have write permissions to the folder so would need to run MB as an administrator to be able to save the file. Also *** is not allowable as a file name

I forgot to mention v3.1 already has handling to ensure the equaliser files are always in a writeable folder
