BUG: Filter Selection in Sync Settings not Persistent

Using 3.1.6230 and syncing to a microSD card.

In the Music node of sync settings for the card, I elect to synchronize all music and in the filter drop-down I select one or two filters. I perform the sync and exit MB. When I restart MB -all- filters are now selected. The filter selection is persistent for the other two devices I use, but not this microSD card.
