I know that this was addressed several years ago as a low priority task, but having the library be able to sort numbers in a title by more than the first digit would be nice.
Ex:
 Current Form:
   Title Vol. 1
   Title Vol. 10
   Title Vol. 11
   Title Vol. 12
   ...
   Title Vol. 2
   Title Vol. 20
   ...
This is very useful when wanting to play through an series in the right order without having to change the sorting order of a playlist or library from alphabetical to track no.
Also, this is just a plain level of sophistication in sorting which would make the player much more comfortable to use.

What version of MB are you using? Help > About

Steven fixed at least one window which was showing ASCII sorting of numbers and made it true numerical sorting. I don't know it what he fixed was applied across the board.

So if you're not on the latest 3.1 patch, I suggest trying it and reporting back.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
