Try updating to the latest version first to see if the error still happens:
http://musicbee.niblseed.com/V3_0/MusicBee3_Patched.zip
Unzip into an empty folder that you have write access to, and then copy all the files to where MusicBee is installed, replacing the existing MusicBee application files

Were you trying to delete a track when this error occurred? If not, please provide details of what you were doing.
If so, and if Google Translate is correct, it seems that you're trying to delete a track that is either read-only or already deleted.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
