Settings erase silences and add x seconds between songs on playlist

Hi,
when I built a playlist I use in the settings, preferences, remove the silences before and after songs and I add three seconds of silence between songs. When reading the playlist, by intermitance, these parameters are not taken into account reading some moreceaux. Do you have an idea of bug? Thank you for your help.
