Selected files error

Today when I tried to use a tagging filter (files to edit filters -> show files with no volume analysis) the search results could not be selected as you would expect. I pressed "file -> select all", and although the status bar says the files are selected, I still receive this error message telling me nothing is selected.

if you never set focus to the main panel with the filter active eg. all actions are done via the main menu or hotkey then yes i can reproduce the error and thats fixed for the next patch update

By the way - even if the filter has been given focus before all files are selected, I still receive an error saying no files are selected.
