Storage API are not working at all for MB 3.0

i put in some logic to set the target filename but its not tested so let me know how it goes (it would be quite a bit of effort to set up a test)

seems to work fine.
though i can't be sure about resolution  the <tag names> to tag values in file paths.

i see no reason the generated filename would not use the tag values. Are you saying the results look wrong or just saying its something you havent checked?
