Keeps repeating same two songs when clicking "next"

I can't figure out why this is happening, but when clicking the next track button it only swaps back and forth between the same two songs. It does this in random mode or in normal mode. It does it in all smart playlists and also in the general "music" group. The only place it doesnt do it is the now playing group.

Can someone please help? What setting am I missing?

In preferences > now playing, do you have "playback follows cursor" ticked?
