slider controls blue in Windows 10

Since I use Windows 10, the slider controls of the equalizer are now always blue, with every skin I tried.
Is that just me, or can somebody confirm this?
I am pretty sure there has never been an option to choose a color for those, but now with Windows 10 this is displaying quite ugly with some skins.

Just upgraded to Windows 10 myself, and I noticed in Foobar2000 the slider controls are also a blue color (they should be white).
