add Internet Service like Soundcloud

Hey guys,

i just startet thinking about making a plugin that allows streaming and some other things from NetEase (A chinese Music Website).
I looked through the API sample but I can't find a way to add a internet service like Soundcloud.
I hope you guys know that i'm trying to say^^
I want to add a page, that you can find under "services".

Is there a way to do that?

its not something that you can do with v2.5 - in that version you can add something to the Now Playing tabs or take the whole main panel like the theater mode plugin
