Here's the first (and definitely not the last) Korean localisation.
I based it off of the Japanese 2.5 lngc, which sped up the process since Japanese and and Korean can be translated on 1-to-1 basis.

i have created a binary file for this to be included in the next release. However there were many issues with the identifiers being changed in the file so the translations for those wont work. Contact me by PM if you plan to further update the file
