There was a really great Plugin called Eraser for WinAMP.
You could bing a hotkey to it and delete the playing song while listening to it.
So lets say i surf the web and listen to my music collection. Whenever a bad song plays which i dont want to keep anymore, i press a shortcut on my keyboard and viola, song gone, next one already playing.
It really makes sense, because usually your music player is minimized and plays in backgroud while you work on other stuff on the pc. right now there is no way to delete songs without interrupting your workflow.

This sound quite sensible.

I'm surprised actually that the delete key is not customizable. In addition to making it customizable I suggest that a new hotkey is added that would read:

-Delete track and play next

...which will actually do what is being requested.

p.s.
I edited the title, please refrain from using caps.

There is a plugin that does this.  I can't link right now, but look on the wiki.

Nice! Wasn't aware of that (or maybe totally forgot about it ::) )

Here's a link to the plug in: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/Send_to_recycle_bin_the_current_song_and_play_next_song

The default hotkey is Win + W, not sure it can be configured

In Windows 8 this hotkey refers to search and it's global, so it doesn't do anything in MB except for switching on Windows' search panel.

Wikia says:
"You can assign a hotkey to this plugin, using MusicBee standard preferences."

Maybe I'm blind, but I really cannot find a command referring to this plugin or it's action in hotkeys prefs.

Probably a bug. You can report it in the plugin's thread.
