How does one get the wave bar to display instead of the simple seek bar?  As in the first post in this thread:

    Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
    Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

    With any of non-bitmap skins ending with xml, not xmlc, modern-layout main player bar has that option.

        If anyone else gets stuck for a while like I did, it's in Preferences > Layout (2).

          Also you can right click on player bar and use "configure layout" menu.
